Citizens Advice Scotland is the national umbrella body that provides information and other support services to the Citizens Advice Bureau in Scotland.
Consumer Focus Scotland is a newly formed consumer advocacy group that campaigns on a range of issues that affect consumers.
Energy Action Scotland is a charity which aims to eliminate fuel poverty by raising awareness of the issue and how it affects low income families.- The
Consumer Financial Education Body (CFEB) is the new incarnation of the financial capability function formerly within the Financial Services Authority.
Money Advice Scotland promotes the development of free, independent, impartial and confidential money advice. The organisation also provides training and information on credit and debt issues.
Office of Fair Trading promotes and protects consumer interests throughout the UK and ensures that businesses are in open, fair and vigorous competition for the consumer’s custom.
Office of the Gas and Electricity Regulator is the office of the gas and electricity markets and is responsible for promoting competitive markets and regulating companies which run the gas and electricity networks.
Trading Standards Institute represents trading standards professionals in the UK and overseas. It promotes the rights of consumers, encourages honest business and helps to target rogue traders.

Learning Link Scotland is the national intermediary for voluntary adult learning organisations in Scotland.
NIACE is a charity which works predominantly with adult learners, local authorities, government departments and agencies to encourage all adults to engage in learning of all kinds.
Scotland's Colleges website provides links to the key sector support agencies of COLEG, SCI, Equality Forward, ASC and SFEU as well as the 43 colleges in Scotland.
Scotland's Learning Partnership is a national partnership of adult learners and providers in Scotland which helps to promote non-formal adult and family learning and lobby on behalf of learners and providers.
The Big Plus is funded by Learning Connections and is Scotland’s campaign to promote the free help that’s available to people who are experiencing literacy or numeracy difficulties.
